Follow the prompts as instructed; the Bluetooth pairing request requires you to confirm the passkeys displayed on both your watch and your mobile device. Continue to follow the prompts until the app declares that both devices are connected. You can also connect your watch remotely.
You can still connect devices to your smartphone even without Bluetooth enabled. It only requires that your device be connected to your Wi-Fi and that you’re logged in to your Samsung account on your phone. To start, tap on the Galaxy Wearable app then select the Settings Tab. You will see the option ‘Watch Connection.’ Select this then choose Remote Connection. It’s important to remember that neither the watch nor the app has a backup of your data.
Should you need to connect your wearable to another phone, you should backup the data by going back to the Settings tab, then tap About Watch. You will find Back up and restore options there, allowing you to save all your applications and watch settings, including the customized watch face. Speaking of watch faces, you can create your own unique one or select from Samsung’s watch face templates on the Galaxy Wearable app.
